don't you agree?

if somebody still struggle with them lol and was lazy to google the answer you should go to edit/preferences/interface and untick the open documents as tabs right away :)

on the side note when I drag element from bridge or FF or whatever as I used to drag them in cs2 it still open in fullscreen panel so there is no way to drag it to another document :/ the only solution I found is that if you drag your new file over any interface element (navigatior/layers/hisory/etc.) it will pop in great old-fashioned floating window. Does anybody know the solution (if there is any) to automatically open it in floating window while dropping over blank photoshop workspace?

if you start using the floating windows again you might experience that they're "over" the build-in interface elements so I suggest to drag them out and leave unattached to photoshop window, that way the floating windows with pictures wont hide the interface elements as otherwise they will lol

does anybody found this solution "useful"?

EDIT: actually there is an improvement when it comes to dragging content from other sources than bridge, if you took a firefox for example, when you drag images from it and drop them over the document you want them to be placed in they will automatically appear as a layer. That's good :) if you have used to dragging them from bridge as well you just have to get rid of that habit and doubleclick them (unless you wanted to keep in mind that they should be dropped over interface elements).

Yeah Tabs is one of thoose "omg its so 2010" things, everything seems to have it, Office, Mozilla, Almost all Adobe Products and so on.

I had our Trainee reconfigure all PC's and Macs to look oldschool on CS4 again ^^
