i think this is a great layout although the guy in the middle seems off place whens hes exactly in the middle, maybe you should put it off to one side or off center a bit? it's mainly the right hand side that seems empty, good job overall though!

I would keep working on the gradients in this one, as the grey parts in this design bring it down imo :(

I like the tribal very much. The header is the best part! It`s pretty powerful. All in all, the whole layout looks great! :D
