right, but there is no "automated process" for that ;] I design how it will look, the developer build a template. There were some limitations but it all depends on client demands. In this case for example you can't edit menu positions from backend. Of course it's possible even with flash menu but the budget was limited too ;]
Joomla? oh great, i was looking for 1 too, i am using it! but i personally would prefer 1 without the man there lol, but i like the ball thing. thats not because the man is ugly or what... it because i will prefer a site without a ... erm ... dunno how to put it ... but then nice 1 keep it up, looking for more joomla templates a good CMS it is

Also, what's up with that logo? Looks like a bad copy of the intel inside mark. The gradient on the buttons are kinda noisy, and the reflection looks distorted. The text is too small and unreadable for people who has bad sight.
The colors are vibrant, and unpleasant.
